The lychgate at St Mary's recently acquired some new decorations!

Since 2016 the LOUD Fence movement has provided colourful reminders that our churches have not always been safe places for children and vulnerable adults, placing ribbons on church fences in solidarity with victims of child sexual abuse. You can find out more about the LOUD Fence movement here.

These ribbons fittingly appeared at St Mary's on Easter Day - and Fr Evan has encouraged parish members not only to ensure they remain but to add some more colourful ribbons of our own to show our parish's support for survivors of child sexual abuse.
